While we only got let in on Sofia Richie Grainge’s pregnancy at the end of January via some gorgeous maternity shots of her and husband Elliot Grainge on Instagram, the star is already seven months into her pregnancy journey. For Richie Grainge, pregnancy acne, excess oil, back pain and trouble sleeping are all things she’s confronted throughout her pregnancy so far, as she revealed via TikTok last night. In an informative, 4-minute video, Richie Grainge walked followers through all the products she can’t live without at this stage of her pregnancy. Richie Grainge’s Favorite Pregnancy Products: “I’m so afraid of getting stretch marks!”
“I’m seven months pregnant, so I’ve been figuring out things that work for me and don’t help me,” Sofia began, explaining that she thought it would be interesting to let fans in on her pregnancy essentials, and boy it was! Starting off with a candid and relatable admission: “I am so scared of getting stretch marks,” she said. “I know it comes with the territory, but I’m doing everything I can to prevent it.” In terms of preventing, Richie Grainge uses her doctor-recommended Bumpology Bump Butter ($29). “I’m obsessed,” she said, “I’ve gone through like six tubs. I literally put it on from right above my boobs to right under my butt.” Layered on top of the BumpButter, she uses the HATCH Mama Belly Oil ($64), and says that, as of now, she has not a stretch mark in sight.
Her next pregnancy essentials come in the form of supplements. “Every night before bed—since I’ve been having such trouble sleeping—I take one of these,” she says on the Erewhon Magnesium Glycinate ($22). “It knocks me out,” she laughs, “I actually have to take theme very night.” The next of Richie Grainge’s supplement lineup is the New Chapter Prenatal Multivitamin ($21), which she says she’s been taking for a while now, since she started it six months before she got pregnant while she was trying. “I love them, my doctor recommended them,” she says.
Another sleep staple, Richie Grainge also loves the Ancient Minerals Magnesium Lotion ($28), which she says she puts on the bottoms of her feet before putting socks on and going to bed. “I’ve convinced myself it helps me sleep,” she says. Continuing on the wellness train, Sofia says that a trip to an acupuncturist in London while she and Elliot were trying to get pregnant put her on to the Ross J Barr Calm Patches ($60). “I put them behind my ears or on my temples and they’re really soothing,” she notes.
Funny enough, Richie Grainge says that the next of her pregnancy essentials is one that her and Elliot now use because they fell so in love with the product: bbhugme’s Pregnancy Pillow ($209). Sofia loves that the pillow is adjustable, and says she got one for Elliot in black because he loved it so much too. “We’re pregnancy-ing together,” she jokes.
