“And how would I describe the scent? Imagine yourself walking through a freshly cut lawn while eating ripe figs. Yeah, now you got it. That’s the scent. And I can’t wait for these to hit the shelves!” Wilson explains.
How Owen Wilson Joined California Naturals

“You know I never took Chemistry,” Wilson says in the promotional video for joining the brand. He’s standing in a beautiful kitchen, mixing beakers of unlabeled oils and elixirs, by vibe alone. “But this whole process has convinced me…I think I would have been pretty good.”

What is Wilson’s in-shower line debut like?
To say the line has grown on me is an understatement I’m using to create a plant pun. Really, the whole line is perfect for someone like me. I really need that squeaky-clean finish to feel clean, but I don’t want to ruin my hair and skin’s moisture on the way.
The Benefits:
The body wash boasts the deepest green color of the collection. And it goes a long way without needing a huge handful of product to get you fully cleansed. And Wilson is definitely right, the scent of sage, musk and palo santo is wonderful and fresh. Vitamin E and avocado oil work alongside the oxygen-rich chlorophyll while aloe and coconut hydrate.
The shampoo nourishes dull strands with vitamin B5 and wild-harvested marula oil. This leaves hair feeling clean, but not stringy or dry. I’m someone who struggles between dry ends and oily roots. And while this conditioner is formulated with extra-dry hair in mind, it doesn’t weigh my hair down at all. The light-as-air formula is the perfect way to condition without over-burdening your strands or undoing that good cleansing work you just did.
