Celebrities continue to churn out product lines, capitalizing on their ability to persuade people to purchase just about anything—and it can feel a bit redundant. However, when it was announced that Harry Styles was launching a line, it just felt right. Styles is one of the most unique, chic and confident celebrities right now, and products from his mind are bound to feel fresh. Styles is launching Pleasing, a brand “that moves to wherever there’s something Pleasing to be found,” per a statement.
The first products Pleasing is tackling are nail polish and skin care. According to the statement, the mission of Pleasing “is to bring joyful experiences and products that excite the senses and blur the boundaries.” The brand said it takes “inspiration from the way nature adorns itself and the multitude of unique identities in our community.”
The first line from Pleasing will feature products for your nails, which is apropos as Styles hardly ever has unpainted nails these days, often opting to rock bold colors. The launch, referred to as Perfect Pearl, includes a set of four nail polishes, The Perfect Polish Set ($65), with Pearly Top, Perfect Pearl, Inky Pearl and Granny’s Pink Pearl, as well as three sets of alphabet decals for your nails or other surfaces. You can also buy the first two polishes on their own.
The launch also includes skin care with innovative ingredients. The Pleasing Pen ($30) is a dual-ended eye serum and lip oil with formulas delivered via steel rollerballs. The eye gel features lingonberry, okra and hyaluronic salt to combat signs of aging and hydrate tired under-eyes. The demi-matte lip treatment includes marshmallow to soothe and replenish your lips. The Pearlescent Illuminating Serum ($35) features vitamin B5, antioxidants and amino acids—it’s great for all skin types.
Pleasing is anticipating high demand and will release drop one in three stages with limited quantities. You can now pre-order items to be shipped at the end of November.
