Renowned makeup artist and beauty industry icon, Bobbi Brown, has always been at the forefront of skin care and beautiful skin. Like her Jones Road products, she keeps effortlessness and ease in mind, even when it comes to treatments.
In a recent Instagram post, Brown shared her latest rejuvenation treatment experience with Sofwave, noting it to be much more tolerable than any skin-tightening treatment she’s tried before. “I finally tried it,” she wrote. “And it didn’t hurt that bad. Previously, I underwent Ulthera, which was so unbelievably painful for me that I won’t do it again. However, I did appreciate the subtle changes.”
Brown’s journey with Sofwave began with an invitation from Boca Raton plastic surgeon Jason Pozner, MD. Describing the experience, Brown said Dr. Pozner led her to Sofwave to give her face a refresh and a few other laser treatments elsewhere on her body.
Anticipating discomfort, Brown was pleasantly surprised by the minimal pain associated with the treatment. “I don’t inject (just a personal preference),” she went on to say. “While my face was numbed and given something to relax, I was anticipating the worst. The treatment [was] pretty quick and painless. A couple of ouch moments on spots but so doable.”
“I asked the doctor about my spots and he used another laser he loved on my arms, chest and hands,” she said. Her results inspired her to share her treatments with her beauty fans. “Wow, half a week in, they look so much better. I wear sunscreen and long sleeves as much as possible. Looking forward to seeing the full results, which I hear will be in three months. My first impression is that my face appears refreshed and it seems like collagen has returned. My jawline is a bit tighter. Stay tuned for more updates. I’ve been invited back for a second treatment, which is recommended.”
