There is a tricky period between Thanksgiving and the end of the year—at least for those of us living in colder climates—where even the least-dry, least-dull of skin type is in need of a reboot.
For me, I knew it was time when I started seeing some flaky skin on my silk pillowcase when I woke up (gross, I know) and no amount of serums, moisturizers, tinted everything and sprays were fixing the coupled complexion drabness as the day went on.

The hard-hitting “booster” is best described as a slightly citrus-scented, pudding-like balmy cream that sinks in pretty quickly, but leaves behind a nice, healthy-looking, glossy sheen that sticks around even after you wash your face.
Like all Lancer products, it’s pretty active (but it doesn’t make even the most sensitive skin types like mine red) and is especially proud of the fact it has a high level of vitamin C— clocking in at 30 percent.
