Sydney Sweeney’s name is on everyone’s lips right now. The 26-year-old is keeping busy; she’s graced our screens in countless films recently, not to mention secured many coveted brand deals, from Miu Miu and Jimmy Choo to Laneige and Armani Beauty. And while we’re undoubtedly captivated by the luxe products featured in her campaigns, we’re equally curious about the everyday beauty staples that make it into the Euphoria star’s shopping cart. Luckily for us, Sweeney recently shared her favorite picks with The Strategist, and we’ve rounded up her standout essentials below.
Sydney Sweeney’s favorite candle
“I love candles,” Sweeney told the outlet. Her current favorite? Zara’s Poetic Mind Aromatic Candle ($30). “I was with my friend, and their place smelled amazing. I was like, ‘What is that?’ And they’re like, ‘Oh, it’s the candle.‘ I legit went and bought it that day and sent it to my house because I loved it so much. There’s a vanilla aspect to it. Usually, a lot of products I love have vanilla in them. There’s something very calming and cozy about it. Whenever I walk in and the candle is burning, it just relaxes me.”
Sydney Sweeney’s go-to hair clip
“I’m trying to grow my hair out. I’m on a hair-health journey,” she told the outlet. “My hair has been very damaged and fried from constantly dyeing it for different characters and red carpets, so I decided to trim off all the dead hair, stop coloring it, and let it grow out. My hairstylist was also telling me to stop using hair ties when I’m not working, so I’ve starting wearing hair clips. I love Emi Jay’s because there’s so many fun designs and colors and sizes. I probably have almost all of them. I have one in right now. It’s just a fun accessory to add to your outfit.” Her go-to? The brand’s Big Effing Clip in Sugar Cookie ($34).
Sydney Sweeney’s prized skin-care tool
“I throw this in my bag everywhere I go,” the Euphoria star said of the TheraFace Pro ($399). “It’s really good to use right after you wake up, or I’ll try to use it before red carpets or photo-shoot days. There’s different attachment heads—I’m not going to know the technical terms, but there’s a heated one, a cold one, and one with electrical currents. I’m not an expert. I honestly have no idea what it’s doing, but it definitely tones and sculpts my face. If I’m feeling puffy, though, I’ll just use an old-school ice roller.”
