When Blake Lively’s makeup artists share their client’s beauty secrets, you can bet the entire NewBeauty team (and the world, for that matter) is all ears. During her press tour for It Ends With Us—now in theaters—the actress has been treating us to a beauty feast, from her many floral manicures to her go-to dual-sided Chanel lippie. Today, we’re excited to uncover another of her newly revealed favorites: her most recent lip combo that flawlessly weathered a rainstorm.
We got this intel from none other than makeup artist Elaine Offers Woulard’s Instagram Story. The pro shared a detailed breakdown of the exact products she used on Lively for her recent appearance. In the photos—yet to be featured on professional photography sites—Lively dazzles in a mini Oscar de la Renta dress (floral, naturally), with her hair styled in a sleek ponytail and a pink lip that perfectly complements her ensemble.
On her Instagram Story, Woulard posted a photo of Lively under an umbrella with the text overlay, “Rainy conditions expected.” In the shot, Lively is fully glammed up in her mini dress. While her entire makeup look is flawless, her bronzy eyeshadow (thanks to the Pat McGrath Divine Bronze Luxe Eyeshadow Palette in Venusian Sunrise) and her lip look are standouts.
According to the breakdown, Woulard used three key products to perfect Lively’s pout: Makeup Forever Artists Color Pencil in Wherever Walnut to line the lips, Merit’s Signature Lip in Millennial for a classic pink hue (a favorite of Demi Moore and Kaitlyn Dever, too!), and Pat McGrath’s Lust: Lip Gloss in Love Potion for a glossy finish.
Shop Blake Lively’s lip combo
Lively has been all about a pink lip lately. For the August 6 premiere of It Ends With Us in New York City, she opted for her now-signature Chanel lipstick-and-gloss combo: the Chanel Le Rouge Duo Ultra Tenue Ultrawear Liquid Lip Colour. Makeup artist Kristofer Buckle shared a behind-the-scenes video of Lively applying the lipstick first, followed by the lip gloss topper. The result? A picture-perfect finish that perfectly complemented her vintage designer dress (see the video for yourself below).
We’ll take one of every lip product she’s worn this week, please and thank you.
