Hugh Jackman is mastering the art of self-care while on the press tour for the much-anticipated Marvel movie Deadpool & Wolverine, set to hit theaters on July 26. The 55-year-old star recently shared a glimpse into his skincare routine on Instagram, proving that even when he’s not stealing the spotlight on the red carpet, he’s working on his glow.

So, what’s Jackman’s secret? Undereye masks. The actor posted a selfie on his Instagram grid, wearing a striped polo shirt and gold undereye patches. He captioned the photo, “This is 55.” While Jackman didn’t specify which masks he uses, some sources speculate they could be Augustinus Bader’s The Eye Patches—and they certainly look the part. Others believe they’re the Peter Thomas Roth 24K Gold Pure Luxury Lift & Firm Hydra-Gel Eye Patches. There are plenty more lookalikes, but you can’t go wrong with these two options.

Fans took to the comments section to praise him for sharing his regimen. “Now that’s a real man not afraid of a nice eye mask,” one person wrote. Others eagerly asked if they really work, and spoiler alert: they do. While they probably won’t offer long-term benefits unless used daily, you should seek out fast-acting ingredients like plumping hyaluronic acid, puffiness-reducing caffeine, and soothing aloe vera for immediate results.

Jackman has always been transparent with fans about his commitment to self-care and skin health. Last year, he took to Twitter sporting a bandage on his nose, revealing he’d undergone a biopsy for a potential skin cancer. Fortunately, the results were negative, but Jackman has had his share of skin cancer scares, with his first removal in 2013 and at least six procedures since. He’s a vocal advocate for wearing sunscreen and regular skin checks.

“You’ve heard me talk about my basal cell carcinomas before,” he wrote in the tweet. “And I’m going to keep talking about them, if need be. If just one person remembers to put on sunscreen with a high SPF, I’m happy.”

In the accompanying video, he urged his followers, “Please wear sunscreen. It is just not worth it, no matter how much you want a tan. Trust me!”
