In the age of accessible cosmetic treatments, following in the footsteps of the celebrities and influencers we see on our screens has become more commonplace than ever. Whether they’re getting lip filler, Botox, body sculpting treatments or skin rejuvenation procedures, celebrities documenting their cosmetic procedures online can easily influence followers to do the same.

Every cosmetic treatment comes with its risks, though, and some have more downtime and post-procedure care needed than others, like the viral CO2 laser treatment, of which the RHOC‘s Tamra Judge is the most recent celeb to undergo. While Judge has been open about her experience and healing journey, model Molly Sims urged viewers not to book the treatment on a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

On a recent episode of Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live, actress Molly Sims appeared alongside Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Lisa Barlow to chat all things Bravo, which ended in her denouncing the CO2 laser treatment Tamra Judge just recently posted about.

“You cannot get that done,” Sims began emphatically, address Barlow who told viewers she had scheduled her own CO2 treatment for next month, “It’s so strong, it pulls at your barrier, its too much.” Sims also noted that the treatment would have impacts on day-to-day makeup application, noting that you would not be able to put on makeup well after the treatment because of its harsh effects on the skin. “I know it’s controversial, there are a lot of things you can get done but I do not believe in CO2.”
