Lisa Rinna is listening. On Thursday, April 11, Nicole Annette Smith, MSPA, an aesthetic physician assistant, posted a TikTok video discussing the “overfilled look” among celebrities who’ve had dermal filler. In the clip, which has garnered over one million views and counting, Smith features images of the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star to illustrate her points. Despite the scrutiny, the reality star handled it like a champ.
“Skinvive is not for everyone, and it was not good for me,” Rinna commented. “Luckily we could dissolve it today. Whew.” Her comment has garnered thousands of “likes” from viewers, and hundreds of people have praised her candidness in the comments section.
“The key with doing dermal fillers or Botox is to maintain your youthful look, not to alter and change your appearance,” she explains. “They place too much filler in the cheeks and mid-face, it completely throws off the full facial balance. With good injection techniques, your results should be undetectable.”
The key, says Smith, is to focus on the preauricular area. “This will make the cheeks and the face look more balanced.”

I’m big on getting facials and lasers, and for the last eight months, I haven’t really gone to get any of that stuff. But maintenance is so important, and what we have available to us for anti-aging has come so far.”
