Olivia Culpo opened up about her favorite cosmetic treatments in a new TikTok video posted on Sunday, April 14. In the clip of the former Miss America getting glammed up for Coachella, the 31-year-old discussed the cosmetic procedures she has undergone—including which ones she loves, as well as which she dislikes.
She began the video by addressing the curiosity surrounding her beauty regimen, stating, “Everybody’s always asking, ‘What fillers did you—What botox did you do?’” she said. “Well, I, for the record, have never had plastic surgery. I don’t judge anybody that has.”
“I’ll tell you guys exactly what I do,” she continued. Culpo then disclosed that she gets Botox Cosmetic and lip filler, then pointing to her temples and chin. And even though the forehead is a common area to get ‘tox injections, the former pageant queen said she doesn’t get injections in that area, implying she dislikes the way it lifts her eyebrows.
Next, Culpo addressed speculations about her sharp jawline and facial structure, which she says her nearly one million TikTok followers often buzz about in the comments section of her videos. They ask, “What did she do to her jaw?” as well as assume that she had buccal fat removal because her facial structure looks different than it did years ago.
As for other cosmetic treatments she avoids? While she says she had cheek filler in the past, she no longer gets it because she didn’t like how it made her face look “concave.” Similarly, she mentioned steering clear of Botox injections above her upper lip, which, from what she describes, may have been a lip flip. “My lips looked insane,” she admitted. “Like just too much.”
As for skin, Culpo says she’s a “big believer in just regular facials,” adding that she’s a big fan of the brand Biologique Recherche, which is carried in numerous high-end spas.
Another cosmetic treatment she recently tried and liked was the Sofwave treatment, which uses ultrasound and heat to rejuvenate the skin. In a previous interview with NewBeauty, New York dermatologist Doris Day, MD, explained that the treatment “uses a Synchronous Ultrasound Parallel Beam, or SUPERB, technology and is FDA cleared for the improvement of facial lines and wrinkles,” adding that it’s made for lifting the eyebrows, the neck and under the chin.
And that’s not all: The Rhode Island native also revealed that she had just gotten a lash lift for the first time. “It looks like I have lash extensions or false eyelashes on,” she said. “It’s pretty intense.” Followers raced to the comments section to praise her lash lift results—and to their delight, she even posted a TikTok video documenting the whole treatment.
Naturally, Culpo’s original video discussing cosmetic treatments prompted numerous follow-up questions from viewers. They were curious about other beauty procedures she didn’t mention, such as rhinoplasty, microblading, dermaplaning, and her lash secrets. Whether she’ll directly address these questions remains to be seen.
Regardless of which cosmetic treatments you try (or don’t!), Culpo emphasized that “happiness is definitely an inside job at the end of the day.” To wrap up the video, she said, “I just wanted to be honest with you guys because I also think that gatekeeping is really lame.”
