Autumn is just around the corner, and for many of us, that means it’s time to start binging Gilmore Girls from the very beginning. So, it couldn’t be more perfectly timed that 57-year-old Lauren Graham, one of the beloved TV show’s stars, recently sat down with Air Mail to share her wellness regimen. In the interview, the Have I Told You This Already? author spills on everything from her go-to summer treat and cocktail order to her favorite makeup products and can’t-live-without fragrance.
But perhaps the most endearing revelation is her signature scent: Robert Piguet Fracas Eau de Parfum ($185), a timeless floral fragrance adored by celebrities like Martha Stewart, Madonna, Iman, and, of course, Graham. “All I’ve ever worn is Fracas, but some stores have stopped carrying it, so I’ve taken to online stalking,” she admits. Fortunately, it’s still available at multiple online retailers, including Amazon, Neiman Marcus, and Bergdorf Goodman.

And there’s even more insight into Graham’s routine where that came from. When it comes to makeup, she tells the outlet that she reaches for “Armani and Chanel” on set, but keeps it much more laid-back in her everyday routine. “In daily life, I don’t use much except light foundations, highlighters, and balms from Westman Atelier and Jones Road,” she shares. “Also, Thrive Causemetics makes a great mascara.”
When it comes to skin care, Graham has one must-have: oils. “I love all oils,” she tells with Air Mail. “Le Prunier’s smells great.” And for her daily SPF—because wearing it every day is non-negotiable—she swears by one formula: “Skinbetter sunscreen is the only one that stays on me during outdoor sports without clogging my pores.”

Of course, no conversation with Graham would be complete without mentioning her favorite treats. Her cocktail of choice? A Cadillac margarita. “I make mine with Casamigos Reposado, Grand Marnier, and Natalie’s margarita mix,” she said. “And in summer I’m a sucker for anything frozen, to the degree that I have an at-home margarita machine from a company called Margarita Girl. I also have a soft-serve ice-cream machine. Did I mention I’m a sucker?”
